Project Director – Construction

Key Responsibilities :
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Engage with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Approve project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Qualifications :
• Extensive experience in construction project management, with a focus on large-scale projects.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP are highly regarded.
