🔹 Lead the management of financial sustainability and develop plans and strategies to achieve sustainability and resource development.
🔹 Planning, organizing, coordinating, developing processes and following up on the implementation of operational plans.
🔹 Administrative and organizational supervision of all departments of the department and raising the efficiency of performance.
🔹 Develop innovative initiatives and ideas to promote financial sustainability and diversify sources of income.
🔹 Building and managing relationships with donors, partners, and supporters.
🔹 Follow-up on performance indicators, prepare periodic reports, and make recommendations to senior management.
🔹 Ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations of the non-profit sector.
