๐Qualifications and Requirements
๐น Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or one of the related engineering disciplines.
๐น Previous knowledge or experience in the field of production and manufacturing is preferred.
๐น A good understanding of the principles and processes of production and improving the efficiency of industrial processes.
๐น Good skills in analysis, problem-solving, and corrective action.
๐น Ability to coordinate and work with production, quality, maintenance and warehouse teams.
๐น Good skills in organizing, following up and reporting.
๐น Ability to work within an industrial and operational environment and withstand the demands of the job.
๐ Major Tasks and Responsibilities
๐น Follow up and supervise the daily production processes and ensure that they are progressing according to the specified plans.
๐น Monitor the performance of production lines and work to raise efficiency and productivity.
๐น Analyze operational problems and bottlenecks and contribute to the development of appropriate solutions.
๐น Monitoring performance indicators related to production, quality, waste and resource use.
๐น Contribute to process optimization, reduce waste and downtime, and increase operational efficiency.
๐น Coordinating with the quality, maintenance and planning departments to ensure the continuity of production processes.
๐น Ensure adherence to occupational quality, safety and health procedures within the work environment.
๐น Prepare reports related to production and performance and submit observations and recommendations to the competent department.
