Store Supervisor - Agricultural Contracting
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily warehouse activities (receiving, storage, issuing)
• Ensure materials are properly checked and stored
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
• Coordinate with procurement and project/site teams
• Maintain accurate records using ERP or inventory systems
• Conduct regular stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Lead and manage store staff and ensure compliance with safety procedures
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/store operations
• Previous experience in contracting, agriculture, or related field is preferred
• Good knowledge of inventory systems (ERP)
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
