Senior Civil Engineer

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the civil and structural design activities during the FEED and Detailed Engineering phases of onshore projects.
• Prepare and review engineering deliverables such as design reports drawings specifications and calculations for civil structural and infrastructure works (e.g. foundations roads drainage buildings pipe racks).
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (e.g. piping mechanical electrical) to ensure technical alignment.
• Ensure all civil and structural designs comply with project specifications industry standards and local regulations including ADNOC standards.
• Conduct technical evaluations support constructability reviews and provide inputs to planning and cost estimation teams.
• Participate in design review meetings client presentations and interface coordination with stakeholders.
• Review and resolve technical queries from contractors vendors and other engineering departments.
• Support site teams during early construction planning and pre-construction activities as needed.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil and structural engineering for onshore oil and gas projects.
• Strong knowledge and experience in FEED Detailed Engineering and Detailed Design phases.
• Proficiency in design software such as ETABS AutoCAD Civil 3D and related tools.
• Solid understanding of international design codes (e.g. ACI AISC BS Eurocode) and ADNOC standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical work and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• ADNOC project experience is a significant advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Masters degree or postgraduate certification in structural or geotechnical engineering.
• Experience with PMC or EPC contractors working on ADNOC or similar clients.
