Seeking a dynamic, strategic, digitally advanced Marketing Manager to lead the group-wide marketing function across multiple business entities. This is a high-visibility, technology-driven leadership role with direct exposure to senior management.
THE ROLE
You will take ownership of the complete marketing function, including:
– Brand Strategy & Positioning
– Digital & AI-Powered Marketing
– Social Media & Content Strategy
– Integrated Marketing Campaigns
– Events & Corporate Communications
– Marketing Analytics & Performance
– Multi-Brand Marketing Management
KEY REQUIREMENTS
– 10+ years of total marketing experience
– 5+ years of UAE experience – Mandatory
– Multi-sector experience; Oil & Gas, Medical, Hospitality or FMCG preferred
– Strong experience in AI-powered marketing — AI content tools & automation
– Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM & Programmatic Advertising
– Strong marketing analytics skills — Google Analytics, Meta Insights & data-driven decision-making
– Experience managing multiple brands across digital platforms
– Marketing automation experience — HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar
– Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
– Master’s Degree is an advantage
– Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
– Creative, strategic, commercially driven, tech-savvy & self-motivated
