▪️ A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the field of legal consultancy within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
▪️ Strong and practical knowledge of the relevant Saudi laws and regulations.
▪️ Advanced skills in research, analysis, opinion and legal advice.
▪️ Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, memoranda, and legal documents.
▪️ Ability to identify and assess legal risks and propose appropriate solutions and recommendations.
▪️ Strong legal drafting and professional communication skills.
▪️ Ability to handle various legal files accurately, confidentially, and professionally.

🌟 Tasks and Responsibilities
▪️ Providing legal advice and opinions to clients in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom.
▪️ Prepare, draft, and review contracts, agreements, memoranda, and legal documents.
▪️ Conducting legal research and studies and analyzing matters related to various issues and files.
▪️ Follow up on regulations, regulations, and regulatory updates and assess their impact on customers and businesses.
▪️ Identify and assess legal risks and provide preventive and remedial solutions and recommendations.
▪️ Follow up and manage legal files and ensure that relevant documents and procedures are completed.
▪️ Provide legal support in the interpretation of contracts, obligations, rights and potential risks.
