Job Position – IT Infrastructure Engineer / System Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
-Administer Windows/Linux servers, VMware, Active Directory, GPO and user access.
-Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, MDM and endpoint infrastructure.
-Support networks, switches, Wi-Fi, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, firewalls and VPNs.
-Manage storage, backups, system monitoring, patching and disaster recovery.
-Support security technologies, including MFA, EDR/XDR, PAM, email security and vulnerability management.
-Handle Level 2 and Level 3 infrastructure and user support issues.
-Automate routine administration using PowerShell or similar tools.
-Support IP PABX and coordinate with vendors for procurement, technical support and issue resolution.
Requirements:
-Strong hands-on experience in server, virtualization, network and Microsoft 365 administration.
-Good understanding of hybrid cloud, cybersecurity and infrastructure monitoring.
-Strong troubleshooting, documentation and vendor coordination skills.
-Relevant Microsoft, VMware, networking or cybersecurity certifications would be an advantage.
-IT Administration: 7 years (Preferred)
